Orolia, which makes “resilient” positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) products, has created a new office to meet the needs of certain European customers. The office, called Orolia Systems and Solutions (O2S), will focus on the Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS), an encrypted navigation service for government users of Europe’s new Galileo global navigation satellite system (GNSS).

“The mission of this dedicated team is the development of specific projects and programmes by promoting an agile and reactive approach,” according to a translation of an Orolia website post. “Thus, the O2S team has the capacity to respond to requests for rapid prototyping, but also for the conduct of long-term programmes, in partnership with major European integrators.”
